Once upon a time, in a galaxy not quite far far away enough, there was a TV show called, "Lifestyles of the Rich And Famous". Hosted by a suspiciously exuberant Aussie huckster named, appropriately, Robin Leach, it was, essentially, the Semiotics of New Money.
